Trax Intertrade Co., Ltd. is a company under umbrella of Liberty Inter Group where over 30 years of experience manufacturing quality sportswear for teams and retailers, Liberty Inter Group has built a reputation of being one of the fastest and highest quality standards manufacturer while maintaining a customer centric services to its clients. Liberty Inter Group was established in 1982 with initially only 50 employees. Today we have continued to grow successfully with operations coverage thru out ASEAN, which includes Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia, allowing us a production capacity of 3 million pieces per month.
We are a well-established sportswear supplier for numerous world-class brand names. We have factories in 4 countries with sufficient capacity to serve markets from Europe, USA, Asia, South Africa, and Latin America. We have a complete in-house garment manufacturing production process from pre-production processes to post production processes.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Internal Audit:
- To develop the Groups’ yearly audit plan
- To develop the Audit program to examine the Internal Control of Group
- To develop and implement of policies related to good internal control by providing short and long term planning.
- Recommend different methods that could help to enhance and improve control procedures.
- Work with management to resolve issues that may have been identified through audit findings.
- Conduct follow-up on all the different audit assignments given to other auditors.
Risk Management:
- To develop ERM database, practices, integrated with Company’s strategy to analyze, report, and manage risk according to the COSO ERM Framework.
- To take lead in developing and maintaining the company-wide risk profile. Coordinate with the risk owners to identify risk and the methodologies to mitigation regarding the risk assessment
- To advice the risk owners and relevant parties to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the overall risk including in Corporate Level Functional level.
- To report the risk to Directors and executive.
- To ensure that the risk framework and policies are operating properly in all the relevant parties.
- To provide support, training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization.
