หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job Purpose:

- Set up and implement HRM & HRD Management System for Headquarters and all factories in Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Indonesia. Manage and execute HR operations and employee engagement activities to achieve the company goals.



Responsibilities:

- Oversee the full spectrum of the HR function in the strategic level and be part of the executive committee in translating the business priorities into HR strategies, plans and actions to implement for all location.
- Lead and coach the HR team in the country and overseas to ensure process efficiency and meet the business timeline and objectives.
- Monitoring and ensuring HR strategies and direction deliver from the HQ to the every location in the same direction.
- To be a consultant with top management in all HR issue.
- Develop Corporate HR & GA strategies interm of recruitment, employer branding.
- Ensure all recruitment and HR & GA policies to be standardize and align with business direction.
- Oversee all of HR operations and policies such as Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and benefits, Employee Relation and General affairs for HQ to comply with business direction and align with Thai labor law.
- Set up Competency and gap evaluation for Individual Development plan.
- Develop and implement Talent Management and Succession Plan.
- Initiate, design, develop and work end-to-end in training and development process.
- Initiate and implement E-learning to comply the organizational policy.
- Initiate and implement special project that related with HR & GA function.
- Others task was assign by supervisor

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 6ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in HR Management, HRD, OD or related fields
- At least 10 years of working experience in HR fields (Apparel manufacturing is preferred), and 5 years in managerial level.
- Professional skill on HRD Management and Implementation is advantage (Core Values, Competency, Performance Management)
Good knowledge in Thai labor law
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Proficiency for MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Male / Female, age between 35 - 45 years old
- Thai Nationality only
- Able to travel to work oversea and upcountry as per assignment
