เวลาทำงานอื่น : Monday to Friday and First Saturday of each month.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Work closely with HRD Team to be business partner of LibInter Group . Responsible for operation in HRD, OD Training function.
- Assist HRD team and Oversee the full spectrum of the HRD function in the strategic level and be part of the executive committee in translating the business priorities into HRD strategies, plans and actions to implement for all location.
- Set up Competency and gap evaluation for Individual Development plan.
- Develop and implement Talent Management and Succession Plan.
- Initiate, design, develop and work end-to-end in training and development process.
- Initiate and implement E-learning to comply the organizational policy.

ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท
ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 6ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
- Age between 28 - 40 years old, Thai nationality only
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Political sciences, HRM, HRD, OD or related fields
- Work experienced more than 7 years in HRD, OD fields
- Work experienced more than 3 years in related position
- Leadership, Management, Communication, Collaboration and Negotiation skills
- Professional skill on HRD Management and Implementation is advantage (Core Values, Competency, Performance Management)
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Good knowledge in Thai labor law
- Good command in English communication
- Able to travel to work oversea and upcountry as per assignment
