หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job Description

- Design,develop and implement RPA Solutions using UiPath
- Create VBA macros to automate tasks within Microsoft Office applictions (e.g.,Excel)
- Analyze existing processes and systems to identify area of improvement and automation
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Build and maintain a library of reusable RPA components and VBA macros
- Provide tachnical support and training to end-users on RPA and VBA solotions
- Document tachnical specifications, user guides, and standard operating procedures

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Qualification

- Experience in developing RPA solution by using UiPath and creating VBA would be an advantage
- Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Proficient in Process mapping and the ability to document existing processes and design effcient automation workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Attention to details and a commitment to delivering high-qualit solutions
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai
