Lux Development - TM Design is a design studio for architecture, interior architecture and urban design. We believe that design should reflect nature, environment and context promoting wellness design in architecture. We are global producers of high quality leathers for all contract and domestic upholstery applications. Award wining Architectual company is looking to hire capable and expericnce architec to join our company

ualification:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Architecture
- Thai Nationality
- Basic English

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience in various sectors are preferred (hospitality, residential, education and corporate)

Knowledge/Abilities:
- Proactive and efficient
- Excellent time-management and deliver works to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize work and multi-tasking
- Good knowledge of construction materials, techniques and details
- High level of responsibility and independent
- Detailed and quality-orientated
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Honest and punctual
- Service-minded & team player

Computer skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in SketchUp and 3D Max
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Description:
- Assume the role of Architect and assist Design Director/Senior Architects to undertake design tasks assigned
- Deliver design works throughout the process from concept design through documentation
- Produce architectural perspective renderings
- Assist in drafting design documentation
- Assist in construction cost estimations
- Develop specifications and material schedules
- Attend design and site meetings as necessary
- Inspect construction works

Successful candidate will respond directly to the Design Director and Senior Architects, and under their scrutiny will develop projects from inception/concept to documentation package. Work together with Interior Design and CAD teams to develop multi-disciplinary projects. Scope of work will include contact with clients and consultants and construction administration.
