หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Coordinate with the Architect firm to produce new project.
-Collaborate with the business development, design and marketing team to create and implement product package.
-Coordinate and deliver the necessary documentation and packages for schematic design, design development, tender, construction, EIA and building permits.
-Arrange additional documents needed sush ad concerning schedules, quality control, budgets, sales & marketing packages, contract administration, payments control & process etc.
-Manage overall project timeline from design, pre-construction, construction, handover and post-construction.
-Work with construction team, internal departments, external consultants, professionals and suppliers to complete all project functions from inintial concept to construction.
-Research on innovations and sustainability.
-Create and present product-relatesd inintiatives for internal stakeholders as well as customers.
-Perform other related duties as required.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

-Bacheler's Degree of Master's Degree in Architecture / Engineering or relates fields.
-At least 6 years of experience in real estate project development or product development.
-Direct experience in property projects of luxury condominium.
-Prior exposure to writing/reading user stories/specifications and execution of product plans, problem solving, and creative thinking skills.
-Prior experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales and support.
-Able to communicate in English both speaking & listening
-Able to use MSoffice and other programs
