หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsible for Feasibility study including develop financial model and analyses
Forecast company's short-term and long-term cash position through cash flow model
Preparation of report to the financial institution or investor
Managing credit facilities including term loans, project finance or debentures
Undertake and manager the due diligence, structuring of the loan or equity investments
Take responsibilities in budgeting of the company
Maintain good relationship with financial institution or investor
Supervise and manager the team

Experience 3-5 years in corporate finance, due diligence and financial modeling
Strong financial background
Strong proficiency in Excel
