หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Responsible for AP accounting
- Scan AP document into Lucy system and coodinates with GBS (share service ) to record all AP invoice correctly and completely
- Coorinate with GBS ( Share service ) related to AP work
- Prepare payment proposal and supporting document for all payments to Vendor
- Issue and send withholding 3, 53 certificate to suppliers, and prepare WHT report
- Prepare all taxation and reconcile (PND 3, 53, 54, PP.36 and PP.30) and submission to the Revenue Department
- Prepare & coorinate with requestor for new vendor master creation as request
- Check all AR invoices in SAP were bill placement to customer on time
- Sending Daily Bank statement to GBS (share service) for Bank reconcile (store collection )
- Reconcile Daily Sales transaction with Web EDI and provide summary & variance report
- Communicating and coordinating with suppliers / customers /Store
- Other tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Vocational Certificate
- Experience in AP or AR Accounting more than 1 year
- Able to communicate in English
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office; related SAP Module is preferred
- Have knowledge in VAT and Withholding Tax document
- Service mind
