Synergy Global Network Co., Ltd. was established on May 21, 2002 follows the civil and commercial law of Thailand license no. is 50154500587 with 3,000,000 Baht registered capital. At the beginning, we had sale computers and any other IT equipments such as Printers, Scanners, Projectors and etc. We also provided services of network installation, IT equipment repairing and consult in IT business under named Query Systech Co., Ltd. But in the late of 2004 we had some change in our shares holder and change the management committee. The new committee decided to change our business to focus on internet technology start with provided services on setup wireless internet café. Since 2005 we had come in to outsourcing business because we have a lot of IT related professional. For over 8 years, Synergy Global Network Co., Ltd. has accumulated experience, persevering and development for excellence services information technology. Service IT Consulting and Software Development Services Plan, design and development of packaged software, Consulting on system implementation and operation, software customization. Business consulting services include consultancy on business process improvements as well as the implementation of IT Technologies to streamline business processes software and hardware with the best practices to create optimized solutions for clients. Outsourcing Services Our staffs are professional for specific skill, and become effective workers to our clients, by providing excellent IT and service mind.   • Requirement Elicitation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business processes and objectives.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending software solutions to streamline operations.
  • Functional Specifications: Create clear and comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and use cases that define system behavior and features.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, designers, and project managers to ensure that software projects align with business goals and are developed to meet user needs.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure that the software meets business requirements and expectations
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate implemented solutions to identify opportunities for refinement and enhancement.
