The ideal candidate has experience managing industrial or commercial projects and is knowledgeable about current trends in profession.
• He/she is an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Marketing, business development and some industrial design experiences and skills are considered a plus.
• Knowledge of architectural practice, including budgeting and cost control, scheduling, planning, programming, design, specifications, and working drawings; building and zoning codes; building materials and methods; and building costs are a prerequisite.
• Candidates should: have ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Possess strong personal organizational skills.
• Possess strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills.
• Possess a desire to work quickly and to take on increasing responsibility.
• 2-10 years work experience are required.
