หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare monthly report of TAX (i.e. PND. 1, PND. 3, PND 53, PP30) and others.
2. Prepare payment voucher including cheque.
3. Verify the accuracy of payment documents, payment voucher, calculation and approval.
4. Issue accounting documents (invoice, tax receipt and withholding tax).
5. Record the revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities of the organization into system.
6. Prepare a summary of the purchase journal, general voucher including relevant accounting records at the end of the month.
7. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information.
8. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements including coordinating the organization’s annual audit.
9. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
10. Performs any assignments from Managing Directors requirements.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent and Master’s degree in accounting or finance is preferable.
2. At least 5 years of accounting experience in the area of financial statement preparation, budgeting, payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, or the equivalent. Experience working with an automated financial management system is preferable.
3. Adaptable and flexible.
4. Work under pressure.
