หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Plan the company’s merchandising plan and planogram updating plans
-Create the business channels with all potential suppliers
-Discuss and agree the business conditions suitable for company to meet the annual budget
-Ensure the products are delivered to the stores promptly and in sufficient amount
-Ensure the products are registered to the system so that sales can be made correctly
-Arrange the necessary and effective in-store visual merchandising for ensuring the high level of product information at the store front
-Analyze the sales to understand the movement of every product categories and report to superior
-Utilize the analyses to further improve the planogram
Relationship Management:
-Communicate in professional manner with all suppliers
-Create strong and mutually benefiting relationship with all suppliers
-Communicate with merchandising teams within the group companies for seeking the opportunities
Team Management:
-Train and develop the skills of subordinate
-Set the tasks with clear and measurable goals for subordinates
-Monitor the daily work of subordinate and provide coaching as needed
-Suggest company for the ideal career path for the subordinate

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

-Worked in retail industry at least five years
-Worked as merchandiser (or buyer) for at least three years
Characteristics/Skills:
-Thai nationality
-Polite and respectable attitude
-Strong in numbers and calculations
-High inter-personal skill (especially with suppliers)
-Strong leadership
-Able to teach and coach subordinate
-Open minded, absorbing different cultures
-Challenge Lover
-Bright with GP calculations
-Bright with general terms and conditions of product purchasing
-Bright with beauty and cosmetics products and their supplying companies
-Has experience of working in Siam Piwat Group (nice to have)
-Beauty and Cosmetics Lover
Language:
-Thai: Native level for all Reading/Writing/Speaking/Listening
-Japanese: Fluent level in all Reading/Writing/Speaking/Listening
