JOB HIGHLIGHTS
Store maintenance and coordinator
Experience in construction work especially in the retail industry
Management capabilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
Control and maintain all maintenance and operations for all concept store and consignment, included all interior/ construction and MEP system
Monitor and maintain the operation of all maintenance list
Plan repair or construction activities according to work orders received from the store manager or maintenance requests.
Inspect and follow up on reports maintenance work
Keep track of work tasks and report to Site Project Manager
Coordinated with all parties to make everything complete (internal team/ landlord/ supplier/ brand/ admin/ store staff)
Control, inspect, and maintain the quality management system documents in the department
Immediately report any issues of problems to the relevant authorities.
Drive the implementation of departmental strategies and key performance indicators in alignment with the company’s policies.
Other tasks assigned by Site Project Manager or authorized personnel in command.
Acceptable for night shift work (sometime)
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction work especially in retail industry
Experience in dealing with contractors and mall operators
Knowledge in interior design / construction work
Computer skill in MS office, Auto CAD, Sketch up
Able to use an English for communication
Proficient in carpentry, able to install and renovate structures.
Ability to multitask, excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and management capabilities
