หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage over-all communication with customers via different platforms, i.e. Lazada, Shopee, line, email, calls, etc. This includes contacting customer to reconfirm COD orders.
• Respond to and Resolve customer-service issues, i.e. complaints, exchange, and return of products.
• Assist with placement of orders, return or exchanges, pick/pack, delivery
• Work with other functions and systems to resolve / follow through from #2, i.e.
• * System: cancel, replace orders in SAP/ POS/ Online platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Central online)/ Magento
• * Accounting: credit note
• * Warehouse: goods return or exchange
• Produce customer service reports, including order cancellation. Analyze and define areas of improvement from the reports.
• Produce weekly sales report for all platforms
• Creating billing orders, return or exchanges
• Prepare buy-sell documents
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

• Service-minded and work well under pressures
• Abilities to work 6 days a week
• Work well with others to take part* in issue resolution and business process improvement – related to customer services area
• *May take a lead role in assigned tasks
• Abilities to work with system, particularly SAP / POS/ Online platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Central online) and Magento
• Good with numbers for reporting and system reconciliation
