หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Product & Sales Management : Manage product assortment, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle to ensure competitiveness in the market. Drive sales performance to meet the company’s sales and margin targets. Conduct P&L analysis for assigned categories and propose improvement actions. Monitor market trends, competitor movement, and customer insights to define product strategy.
• Sales & Marketing Planning : Develop sales and marketing plans to support category growth and alignment with brand directions. Initiate and manage marketing campaigns (online/offline) with Marketing, Retail, and Store Operations teams. Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and in-store activity to maximize sell-out.
• Inventory & Order Planning : Plan purchasing, forecast demand, and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to manage stock movement and aged inventory. Monitor sell-through rates and adjust order planning to reduce overstock/stock-out risk.
• Supplier & Partnership Management : Build strong partnerships with suppliers/brands to secure competitive deals, marketing support, and exclusive products. Negotiate trading terms, marketing funds, product pricing, and business contracts. Conduct regular business reviews with suppliers (QBR/MBR) to evaluate performance and future planning.
• Business Analysis & Improvement : Analyze sales performance, product productivity, promotion ROI, and customer purchase behavior. Prepare weekly/monthly business reports and propose action plans to management. Continuously improve category strategy to achieve sales and profitability KPIs.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 –5 years’ experience in Product Management, Trade Marketing, in smartphone, gadget, or consumer electronics industry.
• Strong analytical skills in sales, pricing, and P&L management.
• Experience working with suppliers/brands and negotiating business terms.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, and project management skills.
