หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. Conduct the sales activities of land and offer the Mini-Factory for lease
2. Arrange the dispatch brochure and information to customer
3. Arrange the quotation and other necessary information for customer and coordinate with related parties in order to proper deliver the land sold
4. Coordinate and arrange presentation, land plot, and other locations to be ready for the customer visit
5. Direct Mail / Email to customer regularly
6. Direct sales / call out to follow up customers
7. Invite customers from direct mail / email to visit site
8. Analyze, prepare and present call-in & call-out report to sales
9. Inform overseas branches about call-in number to follow up customers
10. Participate marketing activities to support sales such as exhibitions, events , etc.
11. Support customer service activities in order to gain benefit and good relationships with the current customers
12. Clients visit and sales report the follow up issues, progressiveness to immediate boss and managements.
13. Attend the management meeting.
14. Other duties as assignment

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
- Male/Female, age between 25-35 years, Japanese/Chinese Nationality or Thai
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field, BBA in Marketing or Arts in Japanese / Chinese is highly preferable
- At least 3 years working experience in marketing or sales ( Industrial Park or Real estate ) would be preferable
- Good command of written, read and spoken in English and Japanese / Chinese
- Active and pleasant personality, service-minded, communication skills
