Job Description
1. Planning Strategy and developing overall brand strategies and implementing of the marketing plan for the brand to serve brand direction.
2. Providing full support to the Head of Marketing in developing brands and promoting existing and new products.
3. Manage, develop and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to ensure achievement of branding objectives, brand awareness, achieve brand target and revenue driving.
4. Working cross-functionally with operation, new product development, purchasing to plan, execute and manage the product roadmap.
5. Design, build and maintain brands’ social media presence in various social platforms through digital campaigns, media and influencer strategy.
6. Plan and execute media buying for brands including social media, influencer.
7. Develop content with Graphic team to achieve KPI on reach and engagement.
8. Monitoring overall brand performance against business plan, developing key strategies to achieve target, and proposing alternative strategies when needed.
9. Managing market research, marketing research analyze, including analyze report by providing feedback on performance and identifying opportunity and threat.
10. Analyze performance and improve effectiveness.
11. Providing management with monthly report by summary key learning to identify market potential and lead to marketing action.
12. Special project assignments.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

1. Bachelor's Degree of Marketing or Master’s Degree or equivalent in a business related subject.
2. Preferably at least 4 years+ of experience in marketing in restaurant or QSR (would be advantage).
3. Passion for food.
4. Have an experience in research & focus group.
5. Broad experience across online and offline marketing channels.
6. Positive role model, good team management, strong communication and management skill, good analyzing skill, and be creative.
