หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

-Report and explain any quality problem concerns to the Manager and the Customer.
-Analyze and summarize actual Claim unit and Claim Data. (Easy to see and Easy to understand)
-Feedback any Quality problem to concerned departments.
-Get a solution (Corrective action) against found Quality problem.
-Answer any questions and obtain any further information for customer complaint by proper documentation material.
-Provide technical assistance and training to the service team and
Distributor as needed.
-Perform any other duty requested by the Manager.
-Support inspection job for domestic and oversea repair.

-Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Mechanic field.
-At least 1-2 years of work experience in related field
-Able to communicate in English
-Must understand Internal/External Organization function for Quality
follow up.
-Must have product knowledge well. (Production flow, Production
operation, Part Supplier)
-Must be able to use online tool. (GEMS, APROS, QFS)
-Skill Good Analysis, good making a report, understanding Quality Problem improvement flow, and can follow Quality Problem up until getting C/M
-Personality Honest, Polite
