-Data collection for bench marking
-Factorization of each cost factor
-Deep analysis of high cost / low cost factors
-Variety of data arrangement such as CVI, "Cost Field" , Pareto chart by cost element Etc.
-Facilitation of variety of cost reduction activities such as Obeya , Top 5 , Mat- up/Recovery comparison Etc.
