หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Key Responsibilities
• Plan for monthly and quarterly installations to meet with annual target
• Preparation sites to be ready for installation by coordinating with subcontractor & home owner
• Prepare related documents/ reports e.g. lift drawing, site inspection report, progression report
• Coordination with internal & external parties to make sure that all sites are ready for installation according to plan
• Coordinate and support with customer to meet the project schedule.
• Follow up and report the progress to supervisor.
• Advise technical of construction work to Foreman.
• Control documents and records in the database.
• Coordinate with supplier and main-contractor to solved installation problem or proper solutions.
• Project progress monitor and coordinate with supplier/outsource and follow the customer plan.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawing & plans and related procedures.
• Support technical manager
• Provide and control materials in the project and prepare for installation.
• Other assignment as assigned

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering
• Male, Thai nationality
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in construction engineering support/Installation project.
• Strong background in site preparation for installation, coordinating with subcontractor
• Experience in elevator/lift would be advantage.
• Good command of English and Computer literacy.
• Working 5 days per week and able to work upcountry occasionally.
• Having a valid Driving License
• Good human relation, Good team player, open minded and able to come with creative solution
