หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•Understand in-depth knowledge about the products or services; technical features, functionality, and benefits of the offerings and can effectively communicate them to potential customers.
•Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements, pain points, and objectives.
•Building relationships and actively listening to customer needs, they can propose suitable solutions and articulate the value proposition of the product or service.
•Conduct product demonstrations to showcase how the product works and how it can address the customer's specific needs.
•Answer technical questions to ensure the customer gains a clear understanding of the product's capabilities.
•Solution design: Based on the customer's requirements.
•Collaborate with the product development team.
• Design customized solutions
• Provide input on technical feasibility, limitations, and any necessary modifications to meet the customer's needs
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and technical documentation, ensuring that they align with the customer's requirements and address their challenges effectively
• Creating technical specifications, cost estimates, and implementation plans.
• Provide ongoing technical support to customers during and after the sales process
• Address any technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and offer guidance on product installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Work closely with the sales team, sharing technical expertise and insights
• Assist in qualifying leads, strategizing sales approaches, and delivering effective presentations and proposals
