- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Human Resources, Political Science, or
related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or Human Resource management.
- Understand business nature, issues, and linkage with people & organization
management tasks.
- Success record in business partner roles providing consultation and solutions linked
to the business.
- Supporting field leaders and employees, be an effective partner with all levels of the
organization, and positively influence teams.
- Knowledge of local laws and statutes for employment.
- Hands-on application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices, and
standards.
- Possess strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, can-do attitude.
- Planning and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks
- Outstanding written and verbal communication; must be a clear, concise, and
persuasive communicator.
- Able to travel as mobile working. (Bangkok and Chonburi area)
- Working well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
