- Responsible for making cold calls and validating leads, appointment setting and proactive customer service notifications
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Develop proposals to propose a package to the customer
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Coordinate operations team is crucial for ensuring flawless execution of customer needs
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
