หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Responsible for accounting and Finance processes mainly is AP function and finance function; - payment, Banking, payment gateway; - 2C2P, PayPal, apple pay etc.
Manage day to day AP and bank transactions such as accounting records, withholding tax coding, Input VAT verification, bank reconciliation
Prepare AP payment by Cheque/Media Clearing
Manage petty cash, company’s credit card, advance payment and reimbursement fund for staffs.
Prepare WHT report, VAT report, VAT Reconciliation.
Record accounting entry for payment voucher and reviewing the supporting document is compliance with the policies of the company.
Supporting details GL for team leader
Support other departments in accounting issues and queries
Prepare and filing all tax to revenues department (PND 3,53,54 and PP30,36)
Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Bachelor degree in accounting GPA 3.00 or higher
Preferably 3-5 years working experience in financial related area
Experiences in Prosoft WINSpeed is an advantage
Experience in AP module, payment module and finance & internet banking process.
Knowledge of PC and Microsoft application (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Pleasant personality with service minded, energetic, enthusiastic, collaborative working team and a good team player
