About Kensington Group
Founded in 2012, Kensington International Kindergarten is the international award-winning school, known for being one of the first schools in Thailand to use play-based learning and the UK’s EYFS curriculum to nurture young children to become happy, life-long learners.
With its success comes the offspring: Kensington Learning Space (KLS), founded in 2020, the unique learning centre that offers various creative, holistic enrichment programmes for children from 4 months - 11 years old. Both schools located next door to one another and share the same goal in offering holistic & fun education for young children, through play-based, well integrated classes, together with the stunning, purpose-built facilities.
Kensington International School was founded by a passion to cultivate a lifelong love of learning to children, hoping to help them prepared for the challenging future. We offer a curriculum based on the Early Years Foundation Stage and the British National Curriculum for children aged 2-7 years old. We were one of the first schools in Thailand to pioneer a full play-based learning approach in school and have a purpose-built facility, specially designed to stimulate learning, curiosity and freedom to explore. With over a decade of experience, we have become the expert in early childhood education, with a profound understanding in the nature of children and professional holistic child care. We were recognised by the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand (BCCT) in 2018 as the 'Outstanding Small Business' of the Year. We went on to be named 'International Kindergarten of the Year' in 2019 by the UK based National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA), achieving 'Platinum' International accreditation status, the first International School in the world ever to do so. It is proven that our children have uniquely grown to be academically success, confidence, kind, resilience and happy with readiness to overcome any challenges in the future.

Job Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
Supervision and Leadership:
Provide leadership and supervision to the HR department, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services.
Mentor and develop any new HR staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Policy Development and Implementation:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Ensure consistent application and enforcement of policies across the organization.
Recruitment and Staffing for the Kensington Group:
Oversee the recruitment process, collaborating with managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process for key positions.
Preparing contract and ensure smooth recruitment, induction, and on boarding and resignation process
Ensure that all staff receive an orientation and policy handbook and that appropriate training is provided.
Employee Relations:
Address employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing guidance on conflict resolution.
Implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Accurately monthly recording hours, and managing payroll and employee relations
Salary:

Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
