หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead and drive delivery business growth across all food delivery platforms including Grab, LINE MAN and Shopee Food.
• Plan and execute delivery marketing strategies, campaign calendars and promotional mechanics to increase sales, visibility and conversion.
• Monitor delivery trends, competitors and customer insights to recommend actionable business initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with platform partners to secure better visibility, media support and joint business opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, basket size, conversion rate, ROAS, ROI and platform performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales and marketing efficiency.
• Develop customer growth initiatives to drive repeat purchases and increase customer engagement.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales performance and campaign results to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
• Develop targeted offers, promotional strategies and customer initiatives based on business objectives and customer insights.
• Monitor campaign and promotional performance to improve customer frequency, conversion and overall business performance.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• 5-8 years of experience in Marketing, Delivery, Growth or Commercial Marketing roles, preferably in QSR, retail or F&B business.
• Strong understanding of delivery platforms, promotional mechanics and sales-driven marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance, customer behavior and campaign results.
• Comfortable working with sales figures, ROI, ROAS, conversion and business performance analysis.
• Experience in planning and optimizing promotional and growth initiatives.
• Good project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of both Thai and English.
