หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Conduct in-depth market research to understand cultural distinctions, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape across all international markets
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for brand expansion and product introduction
- Develop tailored marketing strategies for each international market, aligned with global brand positioning and objectives
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels relevant to each target market
- Manage the development of marketing materials, including advertising, branding assets, and digital content
- Oversee the implementation of campaigns with effective budget allocation and resource management
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and performance indicators
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for optimal ROI and engagement
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and market insights
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product development, operations) to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives
- Build and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers to leverage their expertise for market impact

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- At least Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in international marketing for FMCG or consumer goods brands
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in multiple international markets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, analytics) and any other marketing tools and techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and adaptability to working in diverse international environments
- Proficiency in English and any other another language is a strong asset
- Time management and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
