Define goals and strategies for Sales Manager to achieve their target
Coaches in direct advice about sales process or sales mentality.
Planning, organizing, and coordinating all Sales activities in order to achieve sales target. Manage together with the Country Director on the company Profit and Loss statement.
Review sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
