หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Job description

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events.



Key roles and responsibilities

● Support recruitment methods and techniques for attracting and sourcing candidates i.e. direct search, mass recruitment, social media, networking and, etc.

● Execute, drive, and perform end-to-end recruitment processes and activities in alignment with HR strategy and business plan, from job posting to onboarding.

● Coordinate with People Ops. Lead to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria

● Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

● Browsing social networking sites like LinkedIn for suitable job profiles with required skill

● Communicating by phone, email, and in person with job candidates to figure out things like availability and hiring timelines

● Prepare shortlist candidates to propose hiring manager and arrange interviews

● Perform other related duties as assigned and implementation of projects as planned

● Initiate project to improve hiring process and on-boarding employee experience

● Support the People Ops. team in other Ad-hoc activities as needed

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
● At least 2-5 year experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR is a must.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Proficient in using social media and online job search platforms.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
● High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
● Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
