หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. Provide the best customer experience and daily conduct case management in the store
2. Assist to develop standard sequence & procedure of all tasks (F&B service standard)
3. Beverage recipe & cost creating
4. In charge as F&B Service staff both in taking care of customer in the restaurant and beverage making
5. Manage menu and related data with restaurant software (POS)
6. Assist to planning a package of banquet & function party with table management, budget, manpower, etc.
7. Inventory management controlling : manage stock, shelf life and diminish waste & loss
8. Ensure store visual, appearance and product placement
9. Manage under staffs and bring the best out from their potential
10. Communicate company strategy and conduct team to accomplish expected results
11. Ensure hygiene and safety management in all process

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in hospitalities, or related field
- Age 28 – 35 years old
- Minimum 5 years working experience in hospitalities field
- Good command of Thai/English proficiency
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & restaurant software is plus)
- Able to flexible shift and work under pressure
- Service mind and multitasking are mandatory
- Enthusiasm (Engagement/Multitasking/Volunteer/Teamwork)
- Understand all details of food and beverage in restaurant (mandatory)
- Living near store location is specially considered
