หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage relate duty tasks and customer expectation.
• Responsible for the collection of Business requirements raised by business and/or markets units, and their analysis to produce functional specifications.
• Able to create conceptual of products / services as request by customer or business ‘s requirement for pre-sale support process.
• Able to perform IT design, configuration, prototyping, unit testing/ documentation, batch variants setup and define management of change requirements
• System Design skill with strong ability to collect business requirements, perform a fit/ gap analysis, create program/functional spec for development.
• Design business test case, test script and including conduct, perform testing process to produce the quality products / services.
• Follow the development with the development teams and outsources to answer functional questions and review functional impacts of technical decisions
• Perform system testing by following test case, test script which created in project.
• Ensure project deliverables and quality. Test and validate the proposed developments / improvements for the implementation.
• Collaborates with the Project Manager, developer and other team member.
• Analytical cause and way to resolve user problem that occur in production system.
• Prioritize, track and manage task items.
• Research new technologies and IT trend to improvement company’s product and services and share best practices with other team members and provide technical guidance when applicable.
• Any support if request / assign by management team
