หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead the marketing strategy team with a hands-on, data-driven approach
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic decision-making
• Work closely with NPD/Product Development teams by providing actionable market insights for new product concepts and launches
• Review and refine marketing plans presented by the team, ensuring strategic alignment and feasibility
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing strategies including product portfolio planning, pricing direction, and channel strategy
• Monitor execution of strategic plans, provide coaching to team members, and guide them in solving challenges and improving performance
• Utilize data analytics and sales results to evaluate effectiveness and recommend enhancements
• Oversee the team managing all online and offline brand communication activities
• Provide direction and mentorship on advertising, PR, social media, influencer marketing, and content creation
• Ensure brand consistency, message accuracy, and strong creative quality across all communication materials
• Review campaign ideas, communication strategies, and media plans; give constructive guidance for improvement
• Evaluate campaign performance and guide the team toward more effective communication approaches
• Support team development by giving continuous feedback and empowering members to elevate execution quality
• Supervise the team responsible for in-store displays, merchandising standards, and POSM production
• Offer guidance and evaluation to improve visual merchandising, planogram execution, and brand presentation at retail locations
• Ensure display strategies support overall brand objectives and drive stronger customer engagement
• Monitor retail execution regularly, provide feedback, and help the team address operational challenges
• Work closely with the sales team and retail partners to align merchandising activities with sales goals

• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, brand communications, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple teams
• Proven hands-on experience in marketing strategy and market analysis
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in team coaching and performance development
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making capabilities
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, or retail industries is a strong advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure high-quality execution
