หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for service-related activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s operational and service plans
• Lead and execute strategic negotiations with service contractors to secure optimal outcomes in terms of pricing, commercial terms, and scope of work, with a strong focus on cost optimization while maintaining quality and service continuity
• Oversee and manage contractual risks, including scope changes and potential claims, ensuring all risks are properly mitigated and contractually addressed
• Plan and coordinate supplier/contractor resource allocation (manpower, timeline, and contact points) in accordance with project requirements, effectively supporting the company’s Service team
• Provide support on costing and technical inputs for the preparation of competitive and accurate commercial proposals and quotations
• Ensure proper recording of Sales Orders and systematic tracking of job status to enhance collaboration between Sales and Service teams
• Develop, maintain, and improve the company’s document control and management system, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date records, and proper storage within cloud-based systems

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement, contract management, or project-related roles (experience in engineering or service industries is highly preferred)
• Proven experience in commercial negotiations and contractor/supplier management
• Strong understanding of contracts, commercial terms, and risk management principles
• Ability to perform cost analysis and interpret technical requirements effectively
• Excellent coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
• Excellent command of English, with strong capabilities in professional communication, commercial negotiation, and business documentation
