Responsible

• Design and develop UX/UI for company products and services, considering user needs and business goals.
• Create User Flows, Wireframes, and Interactive Prototypes to test and improve user experiences.
• Refine and enhance designs based on feedback from users and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented effectively and align with standards.
• Create and manage Design Systems, Design Tokens, and Variables to ensure consistency in design work.
• Continuously update and improve Design Systems to meet evolving needs.
• roduce visually stunning and meaningful graphics for marketing materials, social media, websites, and print media. Design branding and create brand identities that align with the company's vision.
• Organize and maintain design files and resources for easy access.
• Create infographics and communication materials that effectively convey messages.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, development, and product teams to achieve common goals.

More qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.
• No need experience in UX/UI and graphic design.welcome to new graduated , but 1 year experience in any related field, it will be considered a plus.
• Extensive expertise in using Figma, including creating Components, Prototyping, Auto Layout, Variants, and collaborating with teams.
• Deep understanding of Design Tokens, Design Systems, and managing Variables to ensure consistency and scalability in designs.
• Exceptional graphic design skills, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding UX/UI and graphic design work.
• Ability to design for various platforms such as websites, mobile devices, and applications.
• Proficient in color theory, composition, and professional typography.
• Knowledge of Motion Graphics and Animation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of presenting concepts and designs clearly.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in UX/UI and graphic design, with a readiness to implement them.
• If you have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development, it will be considered a plus.
