หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms (ASPX) and Razor (MVC).
• Lead backend development using .NET Framework 4.5 (C#).
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and performance in MSSQL.
• Maintain, refactor, and improve legacy systems to ensure scalability and stability.
• Collaborate with System Analysts and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior/mid-level developers.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in system design and recommend improvements or modernization strategies.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET Web Forms (ASPX) and/or ASP.NET MVC (Razor).
• Solid experience in .NET Framework 4.5 (C#).
• Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
• Proven experience working with legacy systems and system enhancement.
• Experience in leading or mentoring development teams.
• Experience in real estate systems (property, booking, sales, CRM) is a plus.
