????Responsibilities????
????Analyze, design, and develop software applications
????Analyze and test programs and products before formal launch
????Follow given requirements and specifications for software development
????Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
????Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the company
????Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization
????Qualifications????
????2 or more years of experience in web development or related roles (New graduates will also be considered)
???? Good programming skills; ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, PHP and more
???? Systematic and Critical thinking, adaptability, resillience and result oriented
????Analyze code for weaknesses and errors, and present detailed plans to improve them
????Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Brief new staff on the Company’s Regulations and orientation in head office
Monitor staff on probation period by preparing evaluation from to staff’s superior and letter of confirmation to confirmed staff
Liase with lawyer and government department for Visa , Re-entry Permit and work Permit for Expats.
Liase with Nakano Corporation for updating Overseas Travel Accident Insurance Identification card for Japanese staff
Negotiate with group health insurance company to maintain price renew contract with good conditions and benefits for staff.
Monitor drivers ( and driver schedule for guest ae per management’s request )
Monitor outsource office messenger

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration , Human Resource Management , Political Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in HR Manager , development and training , office and personnel administration in International Organization with minimum 3 years in management level.
Experience in HR Development ( recruit , training , performance management )
Strong knowledge in employee relation , labor law and personnel management
Good interpersonal skill , leadership skill , communication skill , strategic thinking and problem solving skill.
Good in computer literacy skills
Excellent Command of English.
