หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Provide guidance and support to customer and internal stakeholders on export processes, documentation requirements, pricing requirements and international export regulations.
Coordinate and Prepare document for customs of export shipment / export activities, customs compliance, and logistics coordination solve the problems during the process. Ensure the transportation finish smoothly.
Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to our products, and services.
Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Communicate and collaborate with internal departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and production, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with international export regulations, customs laws, and export procedures Inspection illegal goods , Prohibited items, Restricted items.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

Graduated Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Logistic
Experience 0-3 years in the field of Logistic
Special Knowledge or Talent : good communication skill, able to work under pressure, ability to challenge, analytical skill
Knowledge of logistics coordination, freight forwarding, and international shipping processes.
Have knowledge of Logistics, import and export process, customs regulations, HS code.
