Prepare, check and enter the data of time attendance/leave/overtime and run monthly payroll Recruiting/pre-interviewing candidates then arrange the interview schedule Conduct the new employee orientation Prepare the evaluate employee during their probationary period and yearly Coordinate with external parties related to employee benefits Manage Administration team in all branches for the smooth day-to-day operation Prepare training plan, Support the related needs both of internal and external training Record the employee training history Other duties as assigned by the management team Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field, MBA preferred 3or more years of experience in a human resource generalist role is required.
