หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- Project Engineer to manage, supervise and co-ordinate all Sodexo small or big scale EPC “Engineering Procurement Construction” projects related with Smart Services.
Operation and Maintenance of Amata Command Center Systems as Technical Lead.
- Control the Operators in ACC in order to make sure they follow the established procedures by Smart City Team.
- Establish project base teams for execution of the EPC Projects.
- Look for potential new works/ businesses that may be required on site by clients.
- Provide site-specific standard operation procedures and ensure all staff follow these procedures thus reducing risk to our employees and our customer’s employees
- Understand contractual obligations and meet customer expectations under the agreement
- On a weekly and monthly or as needs basis, report to the Technical Director related to the specified projects.
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings with Technical Director and supervisors to assess current progress
- Manage the energy saving and Solar Energy Projects.
- Reducing maintenance turnaround periods and downtime of plant and equipment
- Plan, organize, supervise and do the work related with above systems within the parameters of the project schedule. Deeply to be involve from design to handing over of each system
- Responsible for Project and Construction management
- Handling all design, procurement, construction, supervision and Testing &Commissioning, in particular design, procurement, construction and T&C of Building Management, Security/CCTV and Access Control, Fire Detection& Alarm, SCADA, Public Announce, Lighting Control, all kind of Instrumentation, HVAC control, Automation, new generation Smart Systems and Systems Integration, Voice and Data, Wi-Fi, GSM IBS, Tetra/LTE communication system, Energy Management, Small Power Distribution and Lighting, structured cabling according to the Client and Authorities specifications, standards and requirements.
- Design the necessary systems in AutoCAD format.

- A proven background in the field of Construction 3 – 4 years of related work experience
- Experience in Automation, BMS, Home Automation, Security Systems (CCTV & Access Control), Public Announce, Sound, Lighting Control, Fire Detection & Alarm, SCADA, Instrumentation, Voice & Data, Structured Cabling, GSM/Tetra/Radio/LTE, new generation Smart systems.
- Experience in programming, design, procurement, implementation, testing and commissioning activities of these systems, Experience on using AutoCAD tools for preparing drawings.
- Proficient written and oral communication, Reporting and administration skills, Basics on SCADA, PLC, DDC programming is a plus.
- Full Knowledge and experience on Local Standards, TREES, LEED, British Standards, European Norms, NFPA, IEC, ISA, ISO and IEEE.
- Understand contract obligations.
- A professional attitude towards communicating with clients
- A high level of presentation, organization and time management skills
- Knowledge and experience with design of large scale MEP and Control Systems Projects.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
