หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
• Create and execute effective recruitment plans for various positions within the organization.
• Manage the documentation and processes for hiring foreign workers.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations, including work permits and visa applications
• Coordinate with government agencies to secure necessary work permits and legal documentation for foreign employees.
• Design and implement effective recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and assessments.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of recruitment-related documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters.
• Train, mentor, and develop recruitment team members to improve performance and efficiency.
• Continuously assess and refine the recruitment processes to enhance team capabilities and recruitment outcomes.
• Analyze recruitment data and trends to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on recruitment progress, challenges, and achievements.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Age 30-45 years old, Thai only
• Bachelor Degree or higher degree from Human Resource of Business Administration or related field
• At least 5-8 years experience of Recruitment or HR function with ต่างด้าว labor from Food or manufacturing industry
• Experience in handling foreign labor recruitment and related documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and recruitment processes, both local and international.
• Familiarity with international recruitment and immigration processes.
• Strong of MS Office especially in Excel
• Able to communicate in English with strong of written and basic speaking.
• Able to working 5 days with 2 saturday/month at Bangpli, Samutprakan
• RESUME in ENGLISH ONLY !!!!
