หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Sales Execution & Customer Engagement : Strong ability to drive store revenue through proactive selling and customer engagement, including:
• Achieving assigned sales targets consistently.
• Applying negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
• Building client relationships and maintaining high service standards.
• Executing in-store campaigns and promotional activities accurately.
• Store Operations & Reporting Discipline : Building client relationships and maintaining high service standards
• Maintaining operational and presentation standards
• Conducting regular stock checks and inventory control
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports accurately and on time
• Employee & Community Engagement: Strong coordination and problem-solving capability, including:
• The Volunteer Supporter: Act as the primary point of contact for new recruits, helping the volunteer understand The GALLERY’s culture and operational workflows i.e., operation tasks, workshop and community survey etc.
• Knowledge Sharing: Provide practical guidance on program tasks, digital tools, and community engagement standards.
• Caring of Culture: Model the values of the Volunteer Mentor, ensuring a positive and professional environment for all participants.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in corporate relations, business development, Sale and Marketing roles, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong sales closing, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Service-minded, proactive, and goal-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and flexible with working hours
• Strong coordination and teamwork capability
• Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
