Summary:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Sleek EV Co Ltd, you will be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns. Your expertise in data analysis, ad platforms, and digital marketing strategies will be vital in enhancing our online presence and achieving our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Advertising:
- Manage and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) to drive website traffic, leads, and sales.
2. Campaign Optimization:
- Continuously monitor and optimize advertising campaigns for maximum performance and return on investment.
- Conduct A/B testing and adjust ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies accordingly.
3. Data Analysis:
- Analyze campaign data to gain insights into customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations based on data-driven insights.
4. Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to meet performance goals.
- Monitor spending and adjust budgets as necessary.
5. Conversion Rate Optimization:
- Collaborate with the web development team to improve website user experience and landing page conversion rates.
