หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Coordinate onboarding programs and probation evaluations.Manage end-to-end hiring job (postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management)
• Coordinate onboarding programs and probation evaluations.Develop strategic manpower planning according to company growth strategy and build strong talent pipelines to satisfy the current and future hiring needs.

• Employee Relations & Engagement
• Build a positive workplace culture through activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution.
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies.
• Support payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Training & Development
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate employee training.
• Plan and develop L&D framework, programs for Rocks staff
• Assist in career development planning and performance management.
• Policy & Internal Communication
• Draft, update, and communicate HR policies.
• Ensure all employees are aligned with company culture.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources in any field.
• Strong understanding of Thai labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Demonstrated experience in training and developing employees would be advantages.
• Must possess entrepreneurial spirit and a “can do” attitude.
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to make decisions when needed.
