หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

•Establis and implement claim policy, procedure to achieve high level of service standard.
•Manage and execute daily operation of claims section, co-ordinate the processing and settlement of claims
•Monitor new claims notification to ensure that all new claims within the agreed timeline.
•Investigate and assess damage to property and examine claims form and other records to determine insurance coverage
•Focus on Properties, Casualty and Marine

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

•Bachelor degree, Business and Insurance or any field with insurance background
•At least 5 years of working experience in Claims Function (IAR, CAR Non-Motor)
•Process insurance policy, endorsement and other Claims documents
•Good command of English both written and spoken
•Good problem solving and interpersonal skill
