หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

Responsibilities
• Sourcing suitable candidates from various databases and networks to match the criteria and sharing these new opportunities to the candidates.
• Manage closely the process of preparing candidates for interviews, right through to the offer and onboarding stages.
• Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising)
• Responsible for pre-interview screening
• Gathering, monitoring and summarizing potential and success candidates to analyze and develop recruiting process.

• Proven experience as recruitment consultant, HR consultant or similar position
• Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Have a persistent mentality and able to overcome objections easily
• Have a strong business acumen and a winning mentality
• Bachelor or Higher in Business Administration, Human Resource, Marketing or other field
