บริษัทได้ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดยทีมผู้บริหารซึ่งเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญในสายธุรกิจโทรคมนาคมมีประสบการณ์กว่า 20 ปี โดยมีทีมบริหาร วิศวกร และผู้เชี่ยวชาญในธุรกิจโทรคมนาคมซึ่งมีประสบการณ์ในการให้บริการวงจรสื่อสารความเร็วสูงโดยเน้นการใช้โครงข่ายเคเบิลใยแก้วนำแสงเป็นโครงข่ายหลัก และให้บริการเกี่ยวเนื่องอื่นๆ เช่น การบริหารจัดการโครงข่ายเคเบิลใยแก้วนำแสงปลายทาง และการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ นอกจากนี้ บริษัทมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจที่จะส่งมอบบริการและให้คำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้า รวมถึงการร่วมมือกับหุ้นส่วนทางธุรกิจเพื่อนำเสนอคุณค่าที่ดีที่สุดโดยการนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้งานได้อย่างเต็มที่เสนอแก่ลูกค้าในปัจจุบันและลูกค้าในอนาคต

ในปัจจุบัน บริษัทได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการโทรคมนาคมแบบที่ 2 และแบบที่ 3 จากคณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียงกิจการโทรทัศน์และกิจการโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ (“กสทช”) เพื่อให้บริการวงจรเช่าส่วนบุคคลระหว่างประเทศ (IPLC) ทั้งภาคพื้นดินและภาคพื้นน้ำและวงจรเช่าส่วนบุคคลระหว่างประเทศแบบเสมือน (IP-VPN) นอกจากนี้ บริษัทได้รับใบอนุญาตการให้บริการอินเตอร์เน็ตแบบที่ 1 และแบบที่ 2 เพื่อให้บริการอินเตอร์เน็ตเกตเวย์ระหว่างประเทศ (IIG) และบริการชุมสายอินเตอร์เน็ต (NIX)

ในปี 2561 บริษัทได้ขยายธุรกิจในประเทศเพื่อเข้าถึงลูกค้าองค์กรด้วยการเปิดตัวบริการอินเตอร์เน็ต “Direct Internet” รวมถึงการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการในรูปแบบที่สนับสนุนการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานและตามความต้องการของลูกค้า

Symphony Communication Public Company Limited or SYMC is a Telecommunication network and service provider in Thailand, providing high speed and reliable network for both domestic and international connectivity and value-added services to serve the fast-growing data demand in Thailand and ASEAN.

The Company was originally founded by the management team with over 20 years of experiences, consisting of management team, engineering staff and experienced telecommunication specialists who have experienced delivering the hi-speed communication network using optical fiber cables for its core network and provided the related services, e.g., last mile network management and installation. In addition, the Company has prioritized to provide best services and solutions to customers as well as cooperated with all business partners to provide the value proposition of the fullest spectrum of technology empowerment to the existing and potential customers.

Currently, the Company has held the Telecommunication Service License Type II and Type III, permitted by Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (“NBTC”) to provide services for International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC) both terrestrial and submarine coverage and IP-Virtual Private Network (IP-VPN). In addition, the Company has also received the Internet Operation Type I and II to provide internet service and operate International Internet Gateway (IIG) and National Internet Exchange (NIX).

In 2018, the Company has expanded its domestic business to enter into the enterprise market with the launch of “Direct Internet” service and value-added products and services to serve the customer’s requirement.

Under the brand “Symphony” we have committed to continually improve network performance, strategically grow our coverage to increase customer base, support future growth and provide best service for customers to have “Excellent Experience”.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Develop and maintain good relations with both new and existing customers
• Participate and corporation with Government sector to follow up issue related to business group
• Provide full information on products and services and arrange appointment with customers
• Handle full selling process from finding prospects, verifying opportunities until closing deals
• Communicate with Sales & Marketing team to gather required information for updating database and also keep closely relationship with customers
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, sales program, and update the report as monthly basic
• Study and analyses suitable privilege, merit which is best channel for business and support information to management
• Communicate and create good relationship with Government sector
• Study project, analyses & report, make proposal to management for decision
• Other assigned task

• Male/ Female age not over 32 years old
• Bachelor Degree in any fields
• Working experience in Sales, contacting, communicating, corporation with Government, involving in discuss & negotiating with Government policy laws & regulations or group of interest
• Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office
• Proficient in Presentation Skill, Negotiation Skill and Sales Planning
• Have experience in Leased Line business both Domestic and International will be advantage
• Good interpersonal relations
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have own car and driving license
