The Employee provides to the Company the following Services:
● Work Hours: The Territory Manager will be required to work from 9 am to 6 pm. The office is located
at FYI Center, but there is an option to work from home if needed.
● Client and Affiliate Support:
● Provide comprehensive invesment knowledge and detailed company profile to affiliates and clients.
● Travel to meet with affiliates in person to assist them in understanding in products and offerings.
● Utilize CRM lists to reach out to affiliates and clients, promoting products and services via calls.
● Engage in live chat with clients to provide assistance whenever required.
● Handle client problems and inquiries efficiently and escalate complex issues to HQ for resolution.
● Follow up with HQ to ensure timely and effective resolution of client-related problems.
● Collaborate with marketing teams and affiliates to create innovative marketing events and campaigns.
● Attend meetings with Affiliates and VIP clients upon request.
● Collaborate with HQ to develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly business plans.
● Aim to achieve a monthly sales target and take proactive measures to achieve the
target.
● Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
● Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support.
● Track and analyze country-specific inbound and outbound numbers to assess business performance.
● Provide regular updates to HQ on key performance metrics.

Day to day Operation:
-10 am to 6 pm work hours.
-Office at FYI Center, if territory manager can work from home.
-Provide invesment knowledge and company profile to affiliates and clients.
-Traveling to meet with affiliates to help them understand products.
-Call affiliates and clients from CRM list to promote products and services.
-Chat with client when client request for help.
-Handling client problem and transfer to HQ to fix problem.
-Follow up with HQ on problem solving issues.
-Meeting with Affiliates and VIP clients when requested.
-Create marketing event and campaign with respective affiliates.
-Make weekly, monthly and quarterly plan with HQ.
-Request budget and report expense monthly to Country Manager .
-Monitor country in and out number.
