หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1.Create schedule for the executive,planning appointment,board meeting and etc.
2.Ensure that the executive attends all important meetings, meeting minute and Monitor all task to completion.
3.Attend meeting and keep minutes meeting Handle and prioritise all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
4.Keep and Secure Confidential information.
5.Prepare presentation and other dicumentation as assigned.
6.Manage the executive’s phone calls,other channel.
7.Conduct any research the executive needs.
8.Make travel arrangement on behalf of the executive.
9.Problems solve any issues that the executive request.
10.Communicate between the executive and team and other parties.
