หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitoring and control of temperature, humidity, and airflow
• Sorting, trimming, grading, and packaging of the finished product
• Quality checks and identification of risks or deviations
• Batch tracking, labeling, and inventory records
• Maintaining documentation and logs in English (Google Sheets, SOPs)
• Preparing and coordinating samples for laboratory testing
• Supporting harvest planning together with the cultivation team
• Following and implementing SOPs and quality standards

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• 2–5 years of experience in post-harvest, lab work, quality control, food/pharma processing, or similar fields
• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Comfortable with hands-on work (not a desk-only role)
• Experience with documentation, records, and traceability
• Basic understanding of plant biology, drying, storage, or product stability
• Ability to follow procedures and report clearly to senior management
• Basic to intermediate English (able to read, write, and fill out documentation in English)
• Thai language — required
• Must be able to work on-site in Samut Prakan
