หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service
• Communicate courteously with customers via telephone/email/letter/face to face and keep an accurate record of discussions or correspondences with customers.
• Manage customer complaints in conjunction with the quality department, attend warranty meetings and implement corrective actions.
• Have a detailed and up to date understanding of the organisation's products and services.
• To strive and develop strategic improvements in conjunction with the company’s strategic plan.
• Create and transmit purchase orders against contract agreements for generating orders
• Liaise with Company Management at all levels.
• Liaise with the Commercial team in handling Customer issues and requirements.
• Liaise with the Accounts department to manage credit flow.
• Attend and present at regular meetings to a variety of management levels.
• Control incoming general enquiries, sourcing information, and distributing to the right colleagues accordingly.
• Effectively manage and prioritise orders to ensure project delivery schedules are met.
• Manage customer complaints. Investigate and solve customers' problems/complaints as well as develop and enhance the feedback and complaints procedures for customers to use.
• Communicate with key personnel and customers as required to ensure that customer service is delivered effectively and consistently.
• Provide weekly & monthly reports to the General Manager.
• Manage the incoming contracts and store of same.
• Ensure budget requirements are monitored and managed.
• Work alongside the Regional Customer Service Team on driving best practice and standardization.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม

• University graduate in Business / Economics or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 5 - year experience in a similar role at manufacturing companies
• Have a solid foundation in SAP / ERP operating system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Good negotiation skills and the ability to deal with all levels of personnel within the organisation.
